Main Street’s investment strategy is to target properties that are currently unique or through re-development efforts will have a sustainable advantage over the competing properties in a particular market or trade area. Our goal is for the asset to be known as the cornerstone amenity of the community that is not easily replicated by other developers. Main Street’s priority is to create value through the lost art of strategically identifying sustainable main at main locations and then developing, repositioning, or recapitalizing the asset.

Main Street’s research is focused on identifying locations where demand is greater than supply and where passive capital may have difficulty in understanding how to unlock the value of the opportunity. Despite its simplicity, executing this strategy requires multiple disciplines across many facets of a real estate organization. Most firms may choose to hire outside consultants for this expertise whereas Main Street has the market discipline and experience in-house.
