The Main Street management team has been involved in transacting and developing
over $4 billion in a variety of real estate assets during their careers. Main Street’s
organizational structure is highlighted by a flattened corporate hierarchy which promotes
a questioning culture, a lessons - learned ethos, and organizational transparency.
Main Street has developed numerous direct relationships with lenders, sellers, developers,
tenants and other investors over the years which has achieved us a preferred status with these
firms and individuals. In addition, our unique direct buyer-seller acquisition process which
takes place outside the normal bidding structure is preferred by our clients and has resulted
in a higher than average success ratio than most firms in our industry. Before a letter of
intent or purchase agreement is finalized, Main Street will conduct a full and comprehensive
due diligence review of all leases and financial statements, conduct tenant interviews, conduct
market studies, and review all other due diligence material. We will have a thorough understanding
of the asset and its market before proceeding to the acquisition stage of the process. This is our
trademark that differentiates us from our competitors and provides a seller a greater comfort level
that our team can deliver the transaction at the originally agreed upon price.
