John Bell and Ronald Blotner have now worked together
for over 15 years. The principals, as a group, make all investment and major
executive decisions. Each person on the management team brings a unique perspective
based on individual skills and deal making experience. Their commitment and trust
is not only based upon their experience with institutional companies but also with
private companies, vendors and tenants. Supporting the principals at Main Street
are some of the industry's top real estate professionals who are market makers in
their respective fields of expertise. The firm has no plans to go public and will
remain privately owned for the foreseeable future.
John E. Bell
John E. Bell is co-founder of Main Street Partners Ltd., the parent company for
Main Street Real Estate Funds, and is responsible for the overall management of the
Fund’s assets. John’s real estate career spans more than 20 years of successful real
estate investing in debt and equity structures including ground-up development comprising
over $3 billion in transaction volume. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President at
Investment Property Advisors and was responsible for sourcing and negotiating the acquisition
of commercial properties throughout the United States. His broad real estate background includes
strategic location analysis, cash flow modeling, market research, sell/hold analysis, as well as
asset management.
John is steadfastly focused on the customer experience and going the extra mile for his partners,
clients and customers. He believes that customer centric companies are the essential ingredients
found in successful real estate organizations.

Ronald D. Blotner
Ronald D. Blotner is co-founder of Main Street Partners Ltd. and is responsible for the acquisition/disposition
analysis and management of all Fund assets. He has been involved in commercial real estate for nearly 20 years in a
variety of positions with publically traded as well as privately held firms. Ron has significant experience in
analyzing and underwriting commercial real estate for all real estate asset classifications covering many of the
primary and secondary markets in the United States. Highly skilled in financial and feasibility analysis, his
background includes cash flow modeling, macro/micro market research, income and expense reconciliation, credit
analysis, deal structure comparison, and macro economic trend analysis.
Prior to founding Main Street Partners, Ron served as Investment Officer for Investment Property Advisors
and was responsible for acquisition analysis, due diligence, loan placement analysis, and deal structuring.
In addition, he served as an Asset Manager for The Vinings Group and was responsible for managing the portfolios of
multi-family properties throughout the Southeast.
Ron received a BA in Economics from Muhlenberg College and a MBA from Lehigh University.
